At Master Lock Store, we stand behind the security and quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all hardware remains in its original packaging with all keys and mounting components included.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the lock or security hardware to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
