To order replacement keys, you will need the key code engraved on your original key or the code provided on the blue tag that came with your lock. Simply enter this code into our 'Key Replacement' search bar to find the exact match for your model.

Can I order multiple locks that all open with the same key?

Yes, we offer a 'Keyed Alike' service for most residential and commercial products. Look for the 'Keyed Alike' option on the product page or contact our support team to customize a bulk order for your home or business.

What is your return policy for security products?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that custom-keyed locks or engraved items are non-refundable unless there is a documented manufacturing defect.

Are Master Lock products weatherproof for outdoor use?

While many of our locks are designed for exterior use, we recommend our 'Weatherproof' or 'Marine Grade' series for maximum resistance to rust and corrosion in harsh outdoor environments.

How long does shipping take for custom orders?

Standard in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom-keyed or high-volume orders require additional processing time and generally ship within 7-10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For corporate or government accounts, we also offer net-30 terms upon credit approval.
